Seth Matisak
17+ years designing for everyone from startups to Fortune 500s at Geometry Global. The turning point came at Forward Partners, watching brilliant startups fail to communicate their value clearly. Since then, I’ve helped 100+ planet-positive startups build brands that attract investment and drive growth. I co-founded Tokyo Calm because world-changing companies shouldn’t have to choose between great design and startup reality.

Jess Matisak
With over a decade of creative mastery in TV and film as a hair and makeup designer, Jess brings a unique blend of artistic vision and operational excellence to Tokyo Calm as fractional CEO while continuing her work in the entertainment industry. Her experience crafting visual narratives under tight deadlines has sharpened her ability to see the bigger picture while perfecting every detail, skills that translate seamlessly into guiding eco-tech startups through their brand transformation journey.
